Assistant Federal Defender ~ Capital 2255 Unit
Indiana Federal Community Defenders (IFCD), is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Federal Defender, a full-time attorney position in our capital 2255 Unit. This Unit is responsible for representing federally death-sentenced clients in federal habeas corpus proceedings in the United States District and Circuit Courts throughout the country, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
